Muscle and Strength

This class is specifically based on weights. It will work most muscle groups throughout your body. Not only will you redefine your muscles, but you will also burn the stubborn fat on top of them and gain some strength.

Cardio Workouts

Cardio workouts are just as handy in the process. Whether you want to burn fat, reshape your muscles or show them off, cardio workouts will make you mean and lean. They will also keep your heart in the best possible condition.

General Fitness

Our general fitness classes are excellent for those who want to burn some fat or get their bodies toned. They target all areas of your body, but they also mix in some cardio sessions. They are not as intense as muscle building classes.

Boxing Lessons

Boxing is about releasing energy, staying fit, gaining strength and some self-defense skills. Our boxing experts will start with the basics and move on as you advance – better moves, extra speed, stamina, and agility.
