Frequently asked questions

Are you open year round?

Yes, we conduct both group classes and individual training. Get in touch with us anytime for a quote and a free assessment of your body type and needs.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Absolutely. While we have lots of equipment for literally any muscle groups, you can always bring in your own stuff.

How often do I have to pay?

We usually ask our customers to set direct debits for monthly payments in advance, yet other options might be available on request.

Is personal training at times around my working hours?

Personal training implies going around your lifestyle and working hours. We will decide on the perfect times together.

Can I workout freely?

Absolutely. While we try to provide assistance, we understand some of our clients are experienced and can handle their own workouts.

How many classes can I take?

As many as you wish. We provide up to 10 classes a day – you can take all of them, up to you. However, we recommend having a break for muscle recovery.

Do you sell supplements?

We do not sell supplements, yet we have some vending machines with workout stuff – preworkout drinks, protein bars, water, energy drinks and so on.
